This survey is based on the job advertisement data for dispatch and planned dispatch workers posted on the employee, dispatch, and part-time job information site 'Hatarako Net'.

The average hourly wage for dispatch workers in May was 1,673 yen (an increase of 43 yen year-over-year and 19 yen month-over-month). The number of job openings for dispatch and planned dispatch workers was approximately 156,600, a decrease of 19.4% year-over-year and 6.5% month-over-month.

[Region-wise] All regions saw a year-over-year increase

The average hourly wage for each region was 1,759 yen for the Kanto region (an increase of 46 yen year-over-year and 22 yen month-over-month), 1,512 yen for the Tokai region (an increase of 53 yen year-over-year and 9 yen month-over-month), and 1,563 yen for the Kansai region (an increase of 41 yen year-over-year and 10 yen month-over-month).

[Occupation-wise] Six occupations saw a year-over-year increase

The average hourly wage for each occupation was 1,635 yen for 'Office/Administrative' (an increase of 57 yen year-over-year and 14 yen month-over-month), 1,606 yen for 'Sales/Business/Food Service' (an increase of 80 yen year-over-year and 2 yen month-over-month), 1,892 yen for 'Web/Creators' (an increase of 78 yen year-over-year and 28 yen month-over-month), 2,369 yen for 'IT/Engineering' (an increase of 45 yen year-over-year and 24 yen month-over-month), 1,710 yen for 'Medical/Care/Research/Education' (an increase of 52 yen year-over-year and 50 yen month-over-month), and 1,454 yen for 'Factory/Light Work/Logistics/Construction' (an increase of 53 yen year-over-year and 7 yen month-over-month).
