■Shelf Strength Clears Double Load Test! Large Capacity Storage Possible Without Worrying About Sagging

The "Seriously Designed for Storage" Super Sturdy Pantry is a double-door storage shelf equipped with six shelves (*). Each shelf has a load capacity of 25kg, and the total load capacity is 150kg, allowing for large-capacity storage without worrying about weight. This is an original product planned and developed jointly by dinos, which continues to propose products that sharply solve living problems, and a domestic furniture manufacturer, against the backdrop of increasing bulk buying and stocking demand in households due to rising prices.

(*) 5 movable shelves, 1 fixed shelf

The thickness of each shelf board is 30mm. By making the shelves thicker and devising the number and thickness of reinforcing materials (cores), high load capacity has been achieved. The metal fittings (dowels) for installing the movable shelves are designed to be directly inserted into the shelves, ensuring stable fixation.

In a load capacity test conducted by a third-party public institution (Boken Quality Evaluation Institute), it cleared a total weight of 300kg, which is double the product's stated capacity (50kg load capacity per shelf). You can store various items without worrying about the shelves sagging due to age-related deterioration. Furthermore, by intentionally designing the bottom-most section of the shelf without a shelf board, it is designed to easily store heavy items such as bottled water and alcoholic beverages.
