GRPL (Green Power Ledger) is a trust layer that records the history of issuance, transfer, and retirement of renewable energy certificates on the blockchain, enabling third-party verification.
By linking generation and consumption time/location information, it visualizes and manages energy flows in a verifiable manner.
It is also envisioned for use as a platform to support local electricity distribution (P2P electricity) in a decentralized energy environment.
