Digital Grid Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") regularly conducts matching via an auction format through its corporate PPA matching platform, "RE Bridge®," to promote the widespread adoption of renewable energy.

In the 7th auction (held from February 9 to March 16, 2026), the number of "power generator" members and "consumer" members (who use the electricity) both increased compared to the previous auction, reaching an all-time high. There were 22 successful matches with a total installed capacity of approximately 51MW. Of the matched power plants, 80% were agrivoltaic or rooftop solar installations.

Moving forward, the Company will continue to strive for the promotion of renewable energy through "RE Bridge®."

Matching Results - There were matches with large-scale power plants, resulting in an increase in matched capacity compared to the previous auction. - Many consumers are prioritizing hourly matching (*1) due to revisions in international greenhouse gas accounting standards (GHG Protocol). Consequently, there is an increased need for diverse power sources, leading to offers for biomass and geothermal power plants, which have an advantage when considering RE100 and hourly matching. *1: Matching the "power generation time slot" with the "renewable energy usage time slot" on an hourly basis.

(*2) Some rooftop projects include initial investment support schemes (where the FIP unit price fluctuates during the period), so the average value for these projects is calculated using a weighted average FIP unit price. (*3) Data from geothermal power plants has been included in the average, so the figures have changed since the previous auction.

Next Auction Schedule Scheduled for around June 2026.
