e-Learning System "KnowledgeDeliver" 7.10 Released

Key updates in this release include improvements to the learner site's accessibility to comply with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and new features for the KnowledgeDeliver "Teacher's Copilot option": "Partial Scoring for Essay Questions" and "Learner Results List by Session".

Regarding the "Partial Scoring for Essay Questions" feature, previously, essay questions would receive 0 points unless the answer exactly matched the correct answer. The new feature adds a mechanism where AI can determine the degree of match and assign partial credit.

With the "Learner Results List by Session" feature, users can specify departments, classes, subjects, etc., and view a list of learner results within a defined period. This allows for the extraction of training history, for example, from the "session start date" to the "end date" on a unit-by-unit basis, enabling reporting to local governments.

KnowledgeDeliver will continue to add new features and make improvements through regular version updates, always supporting customers' educational effectiveness enhancement in the latest environment.

What is Teacher's Copilot?

"Teacher's Copilot" is an assistant AI that has the function of automatically generating learning content based on the information in text materials (slide type, Video+ type) created in KnowledgeDeliver.

☑ Improved accessibility of the learner site

With this version, the learner site has been redesigned to prepare for the end of support for the old framework and to improve maintainability by unifying technology with the administrator site.

In addition, accessibility improvements such as adding alternative text, ensuring color contrast, and supporting keyboard operations have been implemented, achieving partial compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We plan to aim for full compliance in the future.

☑ Implemented partial scoring for essay questions (TC option)

Regarding the "Report Scoring Assistance Function," previously, essay questions would receive 0 points unless the answer exactly matched the correct answer. The new feature adds a mechanism where AI can determine the degree of match and assign partial credit. Scores are calculated based on the AI-generated scoring criteria (AI match rate x points allocated), and if it meets the standard, it is considered correct.

☑ Learner Results List by Session

Implemented the "Learner Results List by Session" feature, which allows users to specify departments, classes, subjects, etc., and view a list of learner results within a defined period. This enables the extraction of training history, for example, from the "session start date" to the "end date" on a unit-by-unit basis, making it possible to report to local governments.

☑ Improvements to existing features

Measures taken to prevent indexing by search engines through "non-searchable" support.

Changed the message displayed when the login history limit is exceeded to explicitly state the limit.

Updated multilingual option (optional)

Improved display of unlimited capacity for group training (optional)

Improved completion quality by improving the subject completion AI model (optional)
