**About "LINE Yahoo Partner Program"**

The "LINE Yahoo Partner Program" is a program (※2) that certifies advertising agencies and service developers in categories such as "Sales Partner," "Technology Partner," "Network Partner," "Adtech Partner," and "Industry Solution Partner." It was introduced with the aim of more actively promoting the resolution of marketing and CX issues utilizing LINE and Yahoo! JAPAN.

**About "Technology Partner"**

The "Technology Partner" certification, which Opt has now received, is for partners who provide technical support for the introduction of marketing solutions and API-related services, primarily centered on "LINE Official Account," "LINE Apply," and "LINE Mini App."

In the "Communication Division," where Opt was certified, partners are evaluated based on criteria such as whether they can share specifications of tools linked with LINE Yahoo upon request, whether they have the skills and resources to respond to specification changes by LINE Yahoo, and whether they can maintain the required technical specifications. Particularly excellent partners are recognized and certified as "Premier" or "Advanced."

**Opt's Past Initiatives**

Since 2014, the early days of LINE Official Accounts, Opt has collaborated with LINE Yahoo, supporting clients' marketing activities through LINE-based service development and LINE-specialized consulting. Through "TSUNAGARU®" (※3), which began offering support for LINE Official Account operations in the same year, Opt has been promoting marketing DX for client companies.

Traditionally, LTV (Customer Lifetime Value) referred to the profit a service-providing company could gain from a user over a long-term relationship, from their first use of a product/service.
