DigitalArchi to Showcase and Demonstrate 3D-Printed Resin Formwork at 'Construction DX Expo+'

DigitalArchi Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kamakura, Kanagawa; Representative: Yasutomo Matsuoka), developer and manufacturer of 'Digital Formwork'—a 3D-printed resin formwork for architectural concrete—will exhibit at 'Construction DX Expo+', held within 'Monozukuri World Tokyo' at Tokyo Big Sight from July 1 (Wed) to 3 (Fri), 2026.

The exhibition will showcase resin formwork made from recycled plastic used on actual construction sites, concrete samples cast using 3D-printed formwork, and photos of real-world implementation cases.

Additionally, a hands-on formwork assembly experience using full-scale 3D-printed formwork will be offered. Visitors can experience firsthand the lightweight nature of the formwork, its ease of installation, and the reduced labor required during construction.

We welcome visitors from general contractors, PC manufacturers, design firms, formwork construction companies, and building material suppliers—all stakeholders involved in the design, manufacturing, and construction of concrete components.

This exhibition will display actual resin formwork made from recycled plastic used on construction sites. Visitors can see how 3D printing technology can be applied to complex shapes—such as curves, freeform, and intricate geometries—that are difficult and costly to produce with traditional formwork.

2. Full-Scale 3D-Printed Formwork Assembly Experience

An interactive assembly experience using full-scale 3D-printed equipment foundation formwork will be held at the booth.

3. Concrete Samples Cast Using 3D-Printed Formwork

Concrete samples cast using DigitalArchi’s 3D-printed formwork will also be on display.
