Capcom HR Exclusive! Special Event for Career Seekers to Reveal Portfolio Evaluation Criteria

Digital Hollywood Osaka, a leading school for IT and digital content talent development, will host a special event on Friday, June 5, 2026. The event will feature HR representatives from Capcom Co., Ltd., targeting individuals seeking careers or transitions into the CG and video industries, including Capcom.

Titled "Capcom HR Direct! Are They Looking at That?! Points Evaluated in a Capcom-style Portfolio," the session will delve into the real evaluation criteria used by Capcom HR, who have hired numerous top-tier creators. In addition to tips for CG creators and animators, the event will highlight the appeal of in-house video production roles (such as promotion and trailer production) for those studying video editing and creative advertising.

Part 1: Points Evaluated in a Portfolio
An explanation of what Capcom, a giant in the game industry, truly prioritizes in recruitment. The session will cover not only CG modeling and animation skills but also the "ability to structure a story within 3 minutes" required for video editing and the importance of communication with producers.

Part 2: Q&A Session
Participants at the Osaka campus will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the HR representatives.
