Presenter: Hiroya Hara (Aspiring Entrepreneur) After graduating from Meiji University's Faculty of Agriculture, he joined a major IT company as a new graduate. While consistently engaged in HR and labor affairs since joining, he entered G's in 2025 with the desire to gain a business/product-side perspective for the operations he supports.
