■ Event Outline

In recent years, art expression using technology has expanded into a domain that designs the entire "experience" rather than just the artwork itself, by combining video, sound, and spatial production. Even in different genres of expression such as installations, interactive art, performances, and museum exhibitions, how to create an experience for the audience has become crucial.
In this lecture, Mr. Matsuyama will explain how art experiences utilizing technology are conceived, designed, and developed, while introducing various case studies he has created.

He creates art works and spatial experience designs using technology, and exhibits at museums and art festivals both in Japan and overseas.
His publications include "TouchDesigner Explanation Book," and he was selected for Fobes JAPAN "NEXT100" 2025.
He was selected as a Jury Recommended Work in the Art Division of the 20th Japan Media Arts Festival, and received the Grand Prize/Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award in the Entertainment Division of the 2020 Asia Digital Art Award Exhibition FUKUOKA.
