**Feature Overview**

The process is completed simply by taking a photo of the package to be shipped with a smartphone or similar device. The AI processes and classifies the image using a server-side computer vision model, automatically generating content descriptions that comply with international customs standards. The displayed description can be reviewed, edited, and corrected. No DHL Express account registration is required to use this feature. It is currently available in 8 countries/regions: Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, and UAE, with sequential rollout to other countries, including Japan, planned throughout 2026.
