Hello. We are pleased to announce the upcoming "Nicotto! Live" event, brought to you by the online parenting school "Nicotto! Juku," where children can get closer to their dreams by the number of conventional ideas their mothers let go of.

In recent years, surveys by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) have shown an increasing trend in the number of students refusing to attend school, which is gaining attention as a social issue. Especially during periods of environmental change, such as moving up a grade or entering a new school, children are prone to increased anxiety and stress, which can lead to school refusal or a decline in motivation. However, preparation for moving up a grade often focuses on external measures like "reviewing daily rhythms" or "academic review," while how to address a child's anxiety is often overlooked.

Therefore, this time, we are holding an online live event focusing on the anxiety children often feel before moving up a grade or entering a new school, and teaching how to handle it at home.

In a first for this live series, the session will be moderated by an announcer and will feature a compilation of the most well-received content from past "Nicotto! Live" sessions, specifically focusing on "how to interact with your child to build their confidence." By organizing and presenting past content, we aim to clarify where to start and provide an opportunity to turn pre-semester anxiety into concrete action.

Before the major change of moving up a grade or entering a new school, having an approach that fosters confidence rather than forcibly suppressing anxiety can help support subsequent adaptation to school life and proactive behavior. We hope this live event will provide hints for finding an approach that suits each individual child.

What you will gain from this live event ・Perspectives to turn pre-semester anxiety into "It's Okay" ・Ways to interact that draw out a child's sense of "I can do it" ・Hints for daily encouragement that leads to confidence ・Home-based strategies to prevent school refusal

Recommended for those who ・Feel their child's anxiety is increasing ahead of moving up a grade or entering a new school ・Are worried about school refusal or adjustment at the start of the new semester ・Want to know how to interact with their child to build confidence ・Are struggling with how to respond to children with developmental traits or high sensitivity
