Dentsu Soken Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hirohisa Iwamoto; hereinafter 'Dentsu Soken'), which realizes the evolution of companies and society through technology, will hold the HR and human resources conference 'Dentsu Soken HR Forum 2026' at Tokyo Conference Center Shinagawa on Friday, June 5, 2026.

This conference is held annually under the vision of 'Believing in people, changing 'work' in Japan,' and this year marks its third edition. Last year, over 1,000 people applied, including online participants.

This year's theme is 'Evolving HR - Towards a Future Opened by HUMANOLOGY.' We will welcome experts from various fields, including Mr. Taku Kakuno, Executive Officer and Head of Technology Strategy Division at Suzuki Motor Corporation, Mr. Hideyuki Mishima, General Manager of HR Department, Human Resources & Safety Promotion Office at Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc., and former gymnast Mr. Kohei Uchimura.

Each lecture will explain topics such as organizational culture reform to enhance employee autonomy and engagement, the introduction of 'Talent Intelligence' that utilizes AI and data to realize strategic human resource utilization based on human resource information analysis, and strengthening the co-creation capabilities of teams that bring together diverse talent. We will provide the latest trends and practical insights for maximizing the value of human capital starting from technology, not just limited to system implementation.
