Dentsu Live Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Masato Nakamura; hereinafter "Dentsu Live") has joined "Circular Partners (CPs)" and "Japan Partnership for Circular Economy (J4CE)," which promote the circular economy in Japan, with the aim of advancing the circular economy (CE).

As the transition to a circular economy accelerates globally, efforts to promote the circular economy across the government are further progressing in Japan as well. Following the formulation of the "Growth-Oriented Resource-Autonomous Economic Strategy" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in 2023, the "Package for Accelerating the Transition to a Circular Economy" was decided at a ministerial meeting in December 2024. In the events and experiential space domain, achieving resource circulation has become an urgent issue, considering the current situation where massive amounts of materials and decorations are used.

In response to this social trend, Dentsu Live has decided to join both the CPs and J4CE partnerships to further promote the social implementation of resource-circulating solutions in the areas of event, space, and experience design, leveraging the knowledge and track record regarding the circular economy cultivated as a member of the Dentsu Group.

Our company has actively developed initiatives in the circular economy domain so far, but by participating in both the CPs and J4CE partnerships, we anticipate the following effects, such as further strengthening collaboration and enhancing our expertise.

## 1. Acquisition of the Latest Case Studies and Information
We will quickly grasp the latest trends and advanced case studies of CE in Japan and overseas, and reflect them in our initiatives.

## 2. Construction of an Industry-Government-Academia Network
We will strengthen collaboration with companies, organizations, local governments, and research institutions in various industries, building a highly specialized public-private partnership network.

## 3. Strengthening External Communication
We will proactively disseminate our unique initiatives related to CE, aiming to maximize external PR effects.

## 4. Creation of Circular Business Opportunities
We aim to create new circular businesses by utilizing the platforms of both partnerships.
