Nihon Kotsu is one of the largest taxi operators in the Gifu transportation area, centered around Gifu City. In addition to approximately 250 taxi vehicles, the company supports regional mobility infrastructure by undertaking operations of sightseeing buses, shuttle buses, and community buses, as well as engaging in the nursing care business.
