Denso Kotsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture; President and CEO: Yosuke Kondo; hereinafter referred to as "Denso Kotsu") will integrate its cloud-based taxi dispatch system "DS" with the demand mobility service "ChoiSoko" provided by Aisin Corporation (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Moritaka Yoshida; hereinafter referred to as "Aisin"). This integrated dispatch service, allowing users to select and book both demand mobility and taxi dispatches within the same app, will launch in April 2026.

This collaboration will add the functionality to call a taxi to existing on-demand transportation services, aiming to realize more user-friendly and sustainable mobility for regional residents. By combining demand mobility and taxis, we will provide flexible transportation options tailored to the mobility needs of each region and contribute to the elimination of transportation deserts.

Background In recent years, in some regions, coupled with driver shortages and an aging population, route bus services have been reduced or discontinued one after another, making it difficult to secure essential daily transportation such as for medical appointments, shopping, and commuting. Amidst this situation, addressing "transportation deserts," where existing public transport alone cannot adequately support mobility demand, has become a major regional challenge.

Meanwhile, the taxi industry also faces challenges in securing personnel and vehicle operations, requiring efficient utilization of limited transport resources according to regional conditions. Against this backdrop, Denso Kotsu is working to build a platform that enables seamless integration of multiple transportation services.

Furthermore, dispatch apps and management systems are often individually optimized for each operator, leading to increased integration costs due to service fragmentation and operational inefficiencies on the ground. This collaboration is an initiative aimed at resolving these issues.

About This Collaboration This collaboration integrates "ChoiSoko," the demand mobility service provided by Aisin, with Denso Kotsu's cloud-based taxi dispatch system "DS," creating an environment where users can select and book either demand mobility or taxi dispatches within the same app.

This will enable users to flexibly choose the most suitable mode of transport based on their travel purpose and regional traffic conditions. By adding taxi dispatch as a new option to the existing "ChoiSoko," we aim to improve the convenience for regional residents and respond to regional transportation challenges, including transportation deserts.

Furthermore, by making "ChoiSoko" and taxi dispatch available within the same app, we will provide an easy-to-understand and user-friendly travel experience, contributing to the development of sustainable transportation services tailored to regional conditions.

Denso Kotsu will continue to work towards creating an environment where everyone can travel easily and address regional transportation issues through initiatives that connect necessary mobility services, starting with the collaboration with "ChoiSoko."
