RapidDeodorizer-X™ is a device that efficiently decomposes odor components by applying the Company's long-cultivated high-frequency induction heating technology to quickly heat odor-containing air and then pass it through a deodorizing catalyst. RapidDeodorizer-X™ was developed in response to the demand for "on-site odor improvement" that became apparent through proposal activities for D-Rapid®.
The newly developed lineup adopts a configuration that, after treating odor-containing air heated by induction heating with a deodorizing catalyst, recovers that heat with a heat exchanger and utilizes it to preheat the air before treatment. This not only improves the efficiency of air heating but also increases the processing capacity from the conventional 1m³/min to 3m³/min. This enhancement allows us to meet higher odor treatment needs and strengthen our proposal capabilities for spot deodorization at industrial sites. The mechanism for heating odor-containing air by induction heating is currently patent pending.
The Company will continue to contribute to improving working environments, enhancing productivity, and improving quality in food processing and various industrial fields through the expansion of environmental solutions utilizing high-frequency induction heating technology.
