■ Program Overview

It broadly supports "practical training" and "classroom training" at NGOs, international organizations, universities, think tanks, etc., both domestically and internationally, as well as participation in international conferences.

Target Participants: Mid-career staff belonging to NGOs with approximately 5 years of activity experience in principle, and a total of about 3 years of activity experience (recommendation from the affiliated organization is required).

Training Period: Up to one month between mid-July 2026 and February 28, 2027.

Support Content: Travel expenses (transportation), accommodation expenses, training allowance, tuition fees, and host institution expenses will be provided based on prescribed standards.

Training Formats: *Practical Training Type: On-site practical training and participation in international conferences (in-person). *Course Participation Type: Classroom learning and seminar participation at specialized institutions (in-person/online).
