This service began offering a trial version in November 2025, and in January 2026, it was evaluated as 'having business potential' in the Business Potential Evaluation Project by the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center.
Based on feedback from early-adopter users, we have repeatedly added functions and made improvements, leading to the release of the official version.

Redefinition from 'SaaS specialized for problem employees' to 'Human risk management infrastructure'
When the trial version was first provided, this service was launched as a 'SaaS specialized for problem employees'. However, after repeated discussions regarding the concern that the term 'problem employee' gives the impression of focusing on a specific individual and fails to fully express the essence of the issue, we redefined the concept as a 'human risk management infrastructure'.
Similar to insurance against fires or security measures against information leaks, there is a need for a system to prepare in advance and continuously manage human-related risks.
This service is designed to seamlessly support everything from daily risk management to response when problems occur. This reduces person-dependent judgments and variations in responses, contributing to the realization of fairer and more transparent organizational management.

Focusing on the 'metabolism and exit' area not covered by existing HR tech
Many existing HR systems have been designed primarily to optimize the 'talent lifecycle', such as hiring, training/development, placement/evaluation, and compensation. These are essential areas in organizational management and have greatly contributed to standardizing work and saving labor. On the other hand, the area of appropriately handling problematic behavior and internal friction, and leading to decisions such as reassignment or disciplinary action as necessary—the process corresponding to the organization's 'metabolism and exit'—cannot be said to have been sufficiently systematized. Although incidents like unauthorized absences, harassment, and inadequate information management occur at a certain rate, responding to them is highly atypical and individualized, structurally tending to rely on the experience of front-line staff and managers. As a result, lack of records and scattered information lead to ambiguous judgment criteria, causing delays in response and increased costs. Furthermore, when it finally comes to reassignment or termination, there is a risk of lacking foundational records, making it impossible to follow proper procedures.
This service is designed as an infrastructure specializing in the recording foundation required for this 'metabolism and exit' area. By recording and accumulating daily uncomfortable feelings and incidents, and structuring responses that tend to become person-dependent, it supports consistent decision-making from early risk detection to judgments on reassignment or disciplinary action.

Main functions of 'MONTAI'
