Features a high-strength top plate made of fiber-reinforced plastic. Enables easy mounting of HenlyBegins Easy Ring straps, as well as GIVI Monolock top cases and tank locks.

Reverse side includes hex nut lock stoppers, drain holes, and bolt caps to prevent water pooling and rust

The center ring fits into the center of the carrier, enabling easy center alignment. Prevents strap detachment when removing the bag.
