Agito Inc. of Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, led by CEO Yasutatsu Takai, has released a free eBook for advertising operators and marketing professionals titled “Introduction to AI Use for Advertising Professionals: Learn the Best AI Methods by Purpose and Tool.” As generative AI evolves rapidly, interest in using AI in advertising operations is growing quickly. However, many companies still face challenges when trying to implement it. They may not know which tool best fits their work because there are too many AI tools, may not have a clear framework for using different AI tools across tasks such as automated analysis, ad report creation, and creative production, may lack systematic learning materials, or may want practical AI methods that can be used even without engineers. To address the common concern that AI seems useful for improving efficiency but the starting point is unclear, Agito created and released a practical guide that organizes optimal AI use from two perspectives: by purpose, including analysis, reporting, creative work, and daily checks; and by tool, including Claude Code, Claude Cowork, NotebookLM, Gemini, and BigQuery. The eBook covers three main areas. First, it explains the overall picture of advertising tasks that can be made more efficient with AI, including analysis, report creation, creative production, and daily checks. It also introduces five AI tools that can be used in advertising operations, with a comparison table showing their features, pricing, and suitable users. Second, it presents AI use cases by purpose across four work areas: analytical comments, analysis, and campaign proposals; report and document creation; creative production; and daily operational checks and alerts. For each area, the guide presents both the best and most advanced method and an easier second-best method, along with prompt examples and output images for immediate practical use. Third, it explains the data infrastructure that supports all AI use, describing why this prerequisite is as important as choosing the right AI tool and what structural differences separate agencies that succeed with AI from those that do not. The eBook is recommended for advertising operators who have not yet organized which AI tools to use for which tasks, people interested in AI but concerned about implementation barriers because they are not engineers, and managers who want to improve the efficiency of advertising work across their teams and create an environment where members can focus on planning and analysis. Agito also introduces its advertising data infrastructure service, Databeat. Databeat connects with more than 40 advertising media and measurement tools, handling everything from data collection and conversion into a unified format to daily automatic storage in BigQuery. It eliminates the need to build and maintain API connections or handle differences in data structures across media, allowing users to begin storing data in BigQuery through management screen settings alone. Databeat also supports automatic output to Looker Studio and spreadsheets, and can be used directly as a source for Claude Cowork and NotebookLM. More than 60 report templates are also provided for free. Databeat is available from 500 yen per advertising account, excluding tax. In addition to the plan based on the number of advertising accounts, a plan based on advertising spend is also available from 0.5%, excluding tax. Both plans vary depending on usage, and minimum usage fees may apply. Users considering switching from or using Databeat alongside another tool, as well as those considering a reporting tool for the first time, can try the tool during a two-week free trial before deciding whether to adopt it. No fees are charged for the free trial, and the company states that it does not conduct aggressive sales activities. Founded in September 2018, Agito Inc. is a marketing technology startup that provides Databeat. Its business covers the planning, development, and operation of marketing technology. The company is located at THE MOCK-UP 210, 4-8-1 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
