Data Applications Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takeshi Yasuhara; Abbreviation: DAL; TSE Standard Market: 3848) announced today that it will begin offering ACMS Cloud 2.0, the latest version of its EDI x iPaaS cloud-based data integration platform, on June 30, 2026. This platform enables easy data integration between companies and internal systems on a single platform.

ACMS Cloud aims to realize a data integration infrastructure that users can operate themselves, even in environments lacking personnel with expertise in EDI and data integration, and is continuously expanding its features.

The latest version enhances various functions utilizing generative AI for web API integration and operational management, thereby reducing workload, solving issues, and improving the efficiency of data integration operations. Additionally, services will be provided to facilitate a smoother transition from ACMS B2B to ACMS Cloud.

Details are as follows:

[Enhanced Features]

Configuration and User Assistant Functions Utilizing Generative AI

User assistant functions powered by generative AI will support the reduction of introduction and operational burdens and the resolution of issues by providing functions to assist with complex API integration settings and respond to inquiries.

Web API Request Setting Assistant (Beta)

This feature streamlines API integration setup work by analyzing web API specifications and automatically generating recommended settings, leading to shorter implementation periods and fewer setting errors.

AI Chatbot (Official Release)

Features previously offered in beta will now be available as an official release. Improved response accuracy and the establishment of pathways to new inquiries when issues are unresolved will enhance the efficiency of the inquiry process.

Functions Supporting Diverse Data Integration and Data Processing

The data handling function now supports sorting, grouping, and deduplication, enabling flexible data processing before and after integration.

Functions to Enhance User Operability and Operational Efficiency

By providing functions that support self-service operations, users can more easily manage operations themselves, reducing the operational burden.

Account Management Function

This function supports the creation, modification, and deletion of accounts by users, reducing the operational burden associated with organizational changes or fluctuations in the number of users.

Usage Alert Notification

This feature detects when the contracted plan's usage approaches a threshold, displays it on the usage screen, and provides alert notifications for advance awareness, thereby reducing operational risks.

Services to Support Cloud Migration from ACMS B2B

Services necessary for migration will be provided to customers currently using ACMS B2B, enabling them to transition to ACMS Cloud while leveraging their existing communication settings and conversion definitions. Furthermore, services supporting everything from migration assessment to actual migration work will ensure a smooth cloud transition.

DAL began with EDI and has consistently captured societal and technological changes to provide safe and reliable data integration solutions. "ACMS Cloud" inherits this DNA and will continue to evolve as a secure and reliable data integration platform that flexibly adapts to change and serves the future.
