Daiya Industry Co., Ltd. We want to save "all professionals" who support society.

Amidst a deepening driver shortage, long hours of sitting and loading heavy luggage are pushing drivers' bodies to their limits. Witnessing the reality of many experienced drivers literally "sacrificing themselves" to support social infrastructure while suffering from back strain, a sense of mission arose: "We will support a comfortable working environment with our technology."

To solve the on-site challenges such as "it shifts during breaks," "it's hot in the summer," and "it's difficult to move if it's too restrictive," we conducted extensive analysis and arrived at a design specifically for drivers: one that can be worn while seated and provides support tailored to the sitting posture.

This product is the first step towards solving the health challenges of all "drivers" who support social infrastructure, including bus, taxi, and truck logistics, heavy equipment operators, and railway personnel.

We launched this project on Makuake with the hope that this technology, refined with Keio Dentetsu Bus Group, will help resolve social issues such as the severe labor shortage and working environment.

Three Key Features of "bonbone Drive Gear"

(1) Design Tailored to Driving Posture: "3D Driving Design"

Standard supporters are made with a "standing posture" as the reference, which can cause them to shift when sitting or dig into the abdomen, causing discomfort. This product focuses on the fact that the hip area changes by 4cm when sitting. By using a non-stretch belt (black belt) at the top and an elastic belt (gray belt) at the bottom, we have achieved both a snug fit and strong support.

(2) Comfort to Wear All Day, Even in Hot Cars During Summer

Responding to feedback from the field that "supporters are hot," we have adopted a breathable mesh material. The mesh material is lightweight, prevents stuffiness, and provides a comfortable fit.

(3) Thin and Discreet Design

A slim design that conforms to the body. It can be worn under work uniforms or casual clothes without creating noticeable bulges, providing smart lower back support without others noticing.
