OF HOTEL × Miyagi Support Pokemon "Lapras": Collaboration rooms featuring "Lapras" where you can enjoy the charms of Miyagi are born. Reservations start March 26.

OF HOTEL, a lifestyle hotel operated by Daiwa Life Next Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Eiji Saito) of the Daiwa House Group and COMMONS. Co., Ltd. (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture), will begin offering collaboration rooms with the Miyagi Support Pokemon "Lapras" starting Monday, June 1, 2026. In addition, reservations will be accepted on the hotel's official website starting Thursday, March 26, 2026.

The concept of the collaboration is "Meeting Lapras amidst the nature of Miyagi's rich seas and land." The entire space was designed by combining Lapras with original art featuring motifs of Miyagi's natural environment, landscapes, and vegetation. We provide a stay experience unique to OF HOTEL, where guests can encounter the charms and culture of various parts of Miyagi through Lapras.

Collaboration Project Overview

1. Special "Collaboration Room" themed after the sea to spend time with Lapras

   A special guest room themed after "Lapras," the Transport Pokemon that travels over water. It includes a set of original goods (not for sale) for guests to take home, offering a stay experience that can only be found here.

2. "Collaboration Floor" representing a journey through Miyagi with Lapras

   A floor where guests can view wall art featuring a collaboration between Lapras and original art depicting the landscapes of Miyagi. Any guest staying at OF HOTEL is free to visit this floor.

3. Sale of Miyagi × Lapras Collaboration Products

   We will sell Miyagi × Lapras collaboration products that guests can take home as souvenirs of their trip.
