Daiwa Corporation Hosts Open Company Events for 2028 Graduates, Focusing on Logistics Industry Insights and Self-Analysis

Daiwa Corporation, a logistics service provider based in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo (Representative Director: Kazumitsu Sone), will hold a series of open company events for university and graduate students graduating in 2028, starting in August 2026.

The events will be offered in multiple formats—in-person, online, and via on-demand webinars—to accommodate individual student needs. The program aims to go beyond basic industry explanations by covering the role of logistics and warehousing, DX initiatives, and the social importance of logistics infrastructure. It also includes self-analysis and career development support, such as value-based workshops and aptitude test feedback, to help students find work that aligns with their personal values.

Furthermore, a special online program for student-athletes is scheduled for October and November. Daiwa Corporation actively recruits student-athletes, with 37% of its workforce currently coming from athletic backgrounds as of April 1, 2026. This program offers students opportunities to connect with employees who balance their careers and athletic pursuits.

Applications have been open since June 1, 2026.
