DAISAN Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Taketoshi Fujita; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces that it has jointly taken over the adult baseball club team "Senshu Osaka Baseball Team" with GXA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Atsushi Yasuda), which operates sports and education businesses, and will establish the new team "DAISAN GXA SCAFFOLDS" (English: DAISAN GXA SCAFFOLDS), commencing activities in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture from January 2027.

**Background and Objectives of Activities**
The "Senshu Osaka Baseball Team," an adult baseball club team affiliated with the Japan Baseball Federation Osaka Prefecture Branch, has been active since its establishment in 2003. To further develop the team, a business succession has been decided. Senshu Service Co., Ltd. (Head office: Hirano-ku, Osaka City), which has supported the team as its main sponsor, will continue to cooperate with the team.

This team is not a regular club team; it is a new model of club team where players can work securely as members of DAISAN Co., Ltd., and GXA, which operates sports and education businesses, will create and manage an environment where players can concentrate on baseball. As an adult baseball team supporting athlete career development, we will foster future executive candidates for our company while encouraging the acquisition of numerous qualifications to build solid careers as working professionals.

Based in Sakai, Osaka, the birthplace of our company, we will begin activities as a highly competitive club team aiming to participate in the Intercity Baseball Tournament and the Japan Adult Baseball Championship, the highest-level tournaments for adult baseball. We will also engage in regional sports promotion and the development of next-generation athletes, contributing to the local community centered in Sakai City.

DAISAN GXA SCAFFOLDS will work towards realizing a beloved adult baseball team in the community by collaborating with local businesses and sports organizations, based in Sakai City. In the future, we aim to expand educational and community contribution activities through baseball, not just competitive results, and grow into a leading club team in the Kansai region.
