■ Sunsun Sponge
Since its founding, Dainichi Corporation has been manufacturing and selling solid dishwashing detergents. Through this process, the company researched sponges that work well with solid detergents, leading to the creation of the "Sunsun Sponge," which uses high-quality polyurethane and overturns conventional sponge concepts. It is durable enough to last over half a year, contributing to waste reduction.
It lathers quickly and has excellent foam and water drainage, leading to water conservation. Additionally, it arrives in a compressed package just 7mm thick, so storage is not an issue.
This "Sunsun Sponge" has spread through word-of-mouth and is now a representative item for the company, having won first place in the cleaning sponge category on Rakuten Market for six consecutive years*1 and achieving first place in the Rakuten Market overall real-time ranking in March 2025*2.
