"Daily," a shop in Oimachi, Tokyo, that handles lifestyle goods and health foods, has begun carrying "Umai-men." These are additive-free, gluten-free rice noodles made from rice grown in Fukushima Prefecture. Using a patented manufacturing process, they have a chewy, smooth texture similar to both udon and pasta.

Only a few locations in Tokyo carry this product, and we will be holding tasting events at the Daily storefront as we approach our 5th anniversary in May 2026.
