1. Reason for Share Acquisition
The Company is promoting the expansion of new business domains through M&A. By adding SHUNRI to the Company's group, we expect synergies in product development and store expansion with the Company's group companies operating matcha-related businesses, and we believe it will contribute to improving brand power and expanding profit opportunities.

SHUNRI has achieved steady growth in both directly managed and franchise stores and has established a highly profitable business structure with its strength in commitment to ingredients and high product development capabilities. Through this share acquisition, we will integrate SHUNRI's strengths with the management resources of the Company's group to strengthen the revenue base through new product development and store expansion. At the same time, we judged that promoting the expansion of our business portfolio beyond existing domains will contribute to the improvement of corporate value over the medium to long term, and therefore decided to acquire the shares.
