Daikoku Denki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director: Masakatsu Kayamori; Securities Code: 6430; hereinafter "the Company") announced today that at a Board of Directors meeting held on March 23, 2026, it resolved to establish a subsidiary and commence a new business, and has established the said subsidiary and commenced operations as of today.
