These gardens envelop visitors with the rich scents and vibrant beauty of spring roses. Admission is free, and the garden is conveniently located near Hikarigaoka Station on the Oedo Line. During the festival, the closing time will be extended by one hour from the usual 5 PM to 6 PM, allowing visitors to enjoy a leisurely stroll through the garden.
