Project developers, including Dai-ichi Life Insurance, announced that the Uchisaiwaicho 1-Chome District Development Project will be known as 'HIBIYA CROSSPARK'. Based on the 'TOKYO CROSS PARK Vision', this mega-redevelopment spans three districts (North, Central, South) with a total floor area of 1.1 million square meters. The project aims to become a symbolic 'wind-generating place' integrated with Hibiya Park. The South District Tower is set to complete in FY2028, followed by the NTT Hibiya Tower in the Central District in FY2031. It will incorporate advanced technologies for carbon neutrality and disaster prevention.
