CAE University is a comprehensive CAE education service aiming to foster true CAE engineers who can effectively utilize simulation, with the keyword "human development for manufacturing." Instructors at the forefront of their respective fields, including university professors and experts from private companies, offer various courses such as lectures and experiments.

What is the CAE University Special Open Forum?

This is a seminar-style event primarily for those involved in in-house promotion and education of CAE, sharing knowledge and the latest information on technical human resource development and CAE utilization. It has been held annually since 2014, focusing on case studies of CAE education in the manufacturing industry and panel discussions with CAE University instructors and speakers. To date, it has been attended by a cumulative total of 2,300 people from 1,600 companies.

In the field of CAE education, not only success stories but also the stumbling blocks and trial-and-error processes actually encountered are important insights for reliably linking learning outcomes to practical application.

This year's CAE University Special Open Forum will focus on the "stumbles" actually faced and the results obtained from them while promoting CAE utilization and advancement within companies, sharing practical know-how for achieving results on-site, from explanations of causes and backgrounds.

In recent years, while automation and AI utilization have advanced in the field of CAE, challenges related to the inheritance of fundamental knowledge, educational systems, and educational approaches have become apparent, making the importance of systematic human resource development higher than ever. By broadly sharing and discussing practical approaches to CAE education and the direction of organizational human resource development as described above, we aim to improve the quality and development of CAE education and provide value that directly leads to customer problem-solving.
