Cybercom Receives 'Partner Enablement Excellence Award' at HCLSoftware 'APJ Business Partner Summit Bali 2026'

Cybercom Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Seito Arai) received the "Partner Enablement Excellence Award" at the "APJ Business Partner Summit Bali 2026" hosted by HCLSoftware, held in Bali, Indonesia, from March 4th to March 6th, 2026.

This award recognizes Cybercom's sales performance of HCLSoftware products and its initiatives in proposing and supporting solutions for end-users' challenges among HCLSoftware partner companies in Japan.

■ 'Partner Enablement Excellence Award' — Our Initiatives Behind the Award

Our company began offering HCLSoftware products through an alliance in June 2025. We have promoted proposal activities, leveraging our strength as an SI company capable of providing end-to-end support from experience design to maintenance and operation, with the aim of solving customers' business challenges.

Initially, we handled "HCL Volt MX," "HCL AppScan," and "HCL BigFix." Currently, "HCL Domino" and "HCL Aftermarket" have been added, establishing a system capable of providing solutions and maintenance/operation across five product axes. Furthermore, we have focused on developing approximately 30 engineers to provide specialized support to our customers.

These efforts were recognized, leading to the "Partner Enablement Excellence Award." Moving forward, we will continue to stand by our customers, support their DX realization, and contribute to the development of their businesses.
