Cybercom Accelerates AI Human Resource Development, Exceeding 500 Certified Individuals for E-Certification and G-Certification

Cybercom Corporation (President and CEO: Seyo Arai) is pleased to announce that 509 of its technical employees, approximately half of its technical staff, have passed the "G-Certification (Generalist Certification)" administered by the Japan Deep Learning Association (JDLA), accelerating its AI human resource development initiatives.

In addition, the first successful candidates have been certified for the "E-Certification," an advanced AI engineer qualification that proves deep learning implementation skills. By fostering personnel with broad knowledge to utilize AI in business (G-Certification) and possessing specialists capable of building AI themselves (E-Certification), we have established a more advanced and consistent support system, from AI utilization concepts to implementation. With this enhanced technical capability, we will further drive our customers' digital transformation (DX).

■What is G-Certification (JDLA Deep Learning for GENERAL)?

G-Certification is a qualification for generalists that proves knowledge (digital literacy) for utilizing AI and deep learning in business. We promote its acquisition, positioning AI technology understanding as a common language across the entire company.

■What is E-Certification (JDLA Deep Learning for ENGINEER)?

E-Certification certifies advanced AI engineers who have a deep understanding of deep learning theory and the ability to select and implement appropriate methods. Completion of a JDLA-certified specialized program is a prerequisite for taking the exam, and it serves as proof of top-level technical skills in Japan, capable of building AI models independently.

■A Specialist Group in "AI x Business Knowledge" Evolves Further with "Implementation Power"

To date, our specialist group, centered around G-Certification holders, has been addressing customer challenges by integrating "AI x Business Knowledge." This professional team, now exceeding 500 members, excels in its "proposal capabilities" for AI utilization deeply rooted in the business field.

Now, E-Certification holders, who demonstrate advanced skills in AI model development, have joined this powerful team. This signifies that our specialist group has acquired not only the ability to "propose" AI but also the capability to "create" it themselves.

By collaborating internally, we will provide solutions tailored to the business field, combining proposals that accurately grasp customer challenges (G-Certification) with the technical skills to bring them to fruition (E-Certification).

We will continue to strengthen our internal training and support systems for acquiring G-Certification and E-Certification, accelerating human resource development in both "AI business utilization capabilities" and "technical implementation capabilities."
