Announcement Regarding the Establishment of CustIntCo Japan Co., Ltd.

Background and Purpose of Establishment

We have established CustIntCo Japan Co., Ltd. as a consolidated subsidiary of Accrete (shareholding ratio: CustIntCo Japan 51%, CC Corp. 49%) to strategically provide and jointly develop the "Genie AI Engine" series in Japan and to jointly implement high-value-added solution deployments.

The series possesses multifaceted AI technology that reads changes in emotion, mental state, and vital signs from human voice data and facial images, and instantly analyzes that data.

Furthermore, we plan to integrate "ANOTHER AI," which Accrete has been selling through OEM provision from CC Corp., into our company going forward.

Utilizing the "Genie AI Engine" as our core technology, we will primarily offer the following four solutions:

"NAGI" utilizing InsightGenie

A product for measuring health and fatigue levels based on autonomic nervous system activity.

Speaker Match

A real-time identity verification solution that performs speaker verification using voice.

Genie Call Center

Visualization of customer/employee insights through AI-based emotion analysis.

GenieHR

A human resource recruitment solution enabling multifaceted evaluation using AI.

Specific Business Development

In the healthcare domain, we have entered into an OEM agreement with Konpeki Inc. (https://konpeki.jp/) to integrate the "Genie AI Engine" managed by our company as added value into their autonomic nervous system and wellness-related services. We will begin offering services to solve challenges related to health management utilizing this technology.

Sales are expected to be recorded from July of this year through the handling of "NAGI."

In the security domain, we are also considering a more robust identity verification business by linking the biometric authentication technology of "Speaker Match" with the next-generation security solutions offered by our consolidated subsidiary, Forward Edge-AI Japan Inc.

Going forward, we aim to acquire new customers and expand revenue by facilitating the introduction of the series into other companies' systems through API integration.
