Profile: Graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University and completed the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Media and Governance. Ph.D. (Policy and Media). After working at Sanwa Research Institute (now Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting), he became an associate professor at the Graduate School of Innovation Management, Tokyo Institute of Technology in April 2010. He has been in his current position since April 2020. Received the Japan Society for Research Policy and Innovation Management Award (2025).
