HR evaluations and goal management are critical processes that influence organizational performance. However, the reality in many companies is that the operational workload for managers is high, resulting in inconsistent quality of implementation. While assisting over 250 companies with HR system design and operations, our company identified three recurring challenges:

- Inconsistencies in evaluations and inefficient labor cost allocation: Interpreting standards differently among evaluators creates a risk of compensation distribution that does not reflect actual contributions. Improving evaluation accuracy directly relates to the optimal distribution of labor costs, which is a major corporate expense.
- The hollowing out of goal setting: The granularity and specificity of goals often vary depending on the member, and in many cases, goals set at the beginning of the term become hollowed out.

It automatically creates a draft of evaluation comments and evaluation ranks aligned with evaluation criteria, and even presents the 'reasons for judgment' by breaking down the evaluation perspectives into elements. This allows evaluators to explain 'why this evaluation was given' to the evaluatee with objective reasoning.

### <2> Goal Correction (AI Correction)
AI instantly analyzes the goals set by members from the perspective of SMART principles (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and suggests concrete improvements. Because it also considers the expected standards for each grade and alignment with higher-level goals, it is possible to standardize the granularity of goals across the entire organization.

### <3> 1on1 AI Agenda Proposal and Automatic Minutes Creation
- AI Agenda Proposal: Based on the member's goal progress, past 1on1 history, and condition information, AI proposes 'what should be discussed now.' This eliminates the time spent wondering 'what to talk about' at the beginning of a 1on1.
- AI Minutes: Conversations are transcribed in real-time using microphone recording for face-to-face 1on1s, or through integration with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for online 1on1s. Key topics, decisions, and next actions are automatically structured and transcribed into the memo field.
- Praise/Feedback Proposal: Based on the content of the minutes, AI automatically creates a draft for praise and feedback. It can be sent to members with a single click.
- Status Summary: AI summarizes a member's goal progress, achievements (Good), and challenges (Motto) within a specified period, streamlining preparation for 1on1s and evaluations.
