Additionally, because the processing of vast amounts of data, linking it to tasks, and examining improvement policies rely on manual labor, it requires a lot of time and highly specialized knowledge, posing the challenge that PC operation logs cannot be fully utilized.

GenTaskMining is a service that automatically collects and classifies PC operation histories and realizes quantitative understanding of business and visualization of improvement points through analysis by generative AI. It consists of two AI agents: the 'Report Agent', which automatically calculates and aggregates work time, and the 'Insight Agent', which classifies tasks and supports the consideration of improvements, providing consistent support for accelerating the business cycle and decision-making.

The Report Agent organizes PC operation logs such as email sending, document creation, and web conferencing collected by the monitoring tool 'CONTROLIO*1' by business unit and automatically aggregates work time. This significantly reduces the previously manual task of linking operation logs to business tasks, enabling highly accurate and efficient grasping of business status.

The Insight Agent analyzes logs using generative AI simply by giving instructions in a chat format without requiring specialized knowledge, performing business analysis based on numerical evidence, report creation, and deep diving into issues. For example, if it detects inefficient work such as duplicate entry of the same data into multiple systems, it proposes specific improvement measures such as 'automation of business processes' or 'integration of input forms' based on data. PC operation logs maintain the reliability of proposals by collecting knowledge related to business improvement through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG*2) technology.

CTC will provide this service as an add-on service package for CONTROLIO. In addition to the CONTROLIO license, CTC provides cloud or on-premises environment construction according to customer requests and consulting based on GenTaskMining's analysis results, comprehensively supporting everything from selecting the optimal products and services for issues to implementation, operation, and effect measurement.

This service is one of the services constituting 'MiningLab', a business process improvement service utilizing process mining*3 and task mining*4, and as a core technology of the 'Data&AI Offering Suite', a business transformation support service group utilizing AI agents, it supports the use of AI for implicit knowledge that has not been converted into data and processes that cannot be visualized.
