Launched in 2024 with the goal of becoming Asia's No. 1 and a world-class league, "League H" is Japan's premier handball league. The second season, the "2025-26 League H Regular Season," kicked off last September under the theme "Feel this heat." The intense battles involving 14 men's and 11 women's teams took place across the country until May of this year. The teams that successfully advanced through the league stage—6 men's and 5 women's teams—will now compete in the "2025-26 League H Playoffs," to be held over three days from June 12 (Fri) to June 14 (Sun) at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium First Gymnasium in Tokyo. The players' passionate plays, the fans' fervent cheers, and the ardent feelings of all supporters will reach their peak. With the concept of "Surpass the boiling point of this heat," the 2025-26 League H season enters its final chapter.
