Cryptolier Inc. Integrates Business with Atsurae Inc. through Organizational Restructuring within JMAS Group

Cryptolier Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "Cryptolier") announces that it will integrate its business with Atsurae Inc. (hereinafter "Atsurae"), a fellow group company, as part of an organizational restructuring within its parent company, JMA Systems Inc. (hereinafter "JMAS") Group, effective April 1, 2026.

This integration will be carried out through an absorption-type merger, with Atsurae Inc. as the surviving company and Cryptolier Inc. as the dissolved company.

Through this integration, by combining Cryptolier's accumulated knowledge and product development capabilities in the blockchain, NFT, and AI domains with Atsurae's and the JMAS Group's development framework and technological infrastructure, we will further strengthen support for corporate DX promotion, new business creation, and system development.

◆ Background of Business Integration In recent years, the importance of developing services utilizing advanced technologies such as AI and blockchain has been increasing in corporate DX and new business development. On the other hand, to socially implement these technologies as actual businesses, a support system that combines both product development capabilities proficient in advanced technologies and a development framework that can consistently support from PoC (Proof of Concept) to full-scale deployment is required.

Cryptolier has, until now, supported corporate new business development and service development in the digital domain through the provision of its NFT marketing platform "MintMonster" and support for corporate blockchain and AI utilization.

Meanwhile, Atsurae provides mobile app development, system development utilizing new technologies such as AI and IoT, and UI/UX consulting. As a member of the JMAS Group, it supports corporate digital utilization under a development framework that can consistently support from PoC to full-scale system development.

Through this integration, we will build a system that can more practically support corporate digital utilization and new business creation by fusing: ・Knowledge and product development capabilities in the blockchain and AI domains ・Technical capabilities in mobile and web application development and UI/UX design ・A development framework that can consistently support from PoC to full-scale system development ・JMAS Group's IT solution provision infrastructure

◆ Future Initiatives After the integration, under a structure centered on Atsurae, we will combine the JMAS Group's IT solution provision infrastructure with Cryptolier's accumulated technologies and knowledge to expand a wide range of development support in the corporate digital domain.

Specifically, in addition to the currently offered new business support utilizing blockchain and NFTs, and DX support through generative AI and data utilization, we will consistently support corporate digital projects from the planning stage through development and operation, including mobile app and web system development, UI/UX design for digital services, and product development support.
