Through this integration, we will further strengthen our support for corporate DX promotion, new business creation, and system development by combining the knowledge and product development capabilities in the blockchain, NFT, and AI domains that Cryptolier has cultivated so far, with the development structure and technological foundation held by Atsurae and the JMAS Group.

In recent years, the importance of service development utilizing advanced technologies such as AI and blockchain has been increasing in corporate DX and new business development. On the other hand, in order to socially implement these technologies as actual businesses, a support system that combines both product development capabilities familiar with advanced technologies and a development structure capable of consistent support from PoC (Proof of Concept) to production deployment is required.
Until now, Cryptolier has supported new business development and service development in the digital domain for companies through the provision of the NFT marketing platform 'MintMonster' and support for corporate blockchain and AI utilization.
Meanwhile, Atsurae provides mobile application development, system development utilizing new technologies such as AI and IoT, and UI/UX consulting. As a member of the JMAS Group, under a development structure capable of consistent support from PoC to production system development, it supports corporate digital utilization.
With this integration, by fusing:
