CROSS Business Producers Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kotoha Miki; hereinafter “the Company”) established the “AI Research and Development Team” as of April 1, 2026.

This team will include renowned global product developers and will accelerate the technological enhancement of “CROSS Graph,” an AI platform product developed by the Company, as well as its market expansion based on the needs of our clients.

■ Background of the New AI Research and Development Team

Since the release of “CROSS Graph” at the end of last year, the Company has been supporting the knowledge structuring and strategic decision-making of companies and organizations. To swiftly incorporate rapidly evolving AI technologies and continuously implement the optimal architecture, we have now launched a specialized team, including AI development engineers with international experience and social scientists specializing in human-machine coexistence development.

■ Role of the Team

The mission is to make CROSS Graph the “world’s most reliable AI platform that speaks of a superior future.” This team will conduct research and development to deliver the value of “optimal AI-driven decision-making” to companies, organizations, and individuals, thereby improving the quality and speed of decision-making.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Research and development for introducing advanced technologies (research and testing of world-leading AI technologies)

• Exploring the ideal personality for AI (considering the nature of AI and UX for shaping human-machine coexistence)

• Development of AI avatars (development of avatar-type future AI models equipped with the above technologies)

• Legal and ethical investigations (considering international trends and human culture for algorithm configuration and implementation scenarios)

• Participation in the international consortium “Frontria” and WG operations (managing study groups based on the Company’s vision)

■ Future Developments Towards Achieving This Mission – Recruitment of Co-creation Partners and Technology Development Companies –

On April 2, 2026, we will widely recruit individuals and companies who endorse this mission and are willing to cooperate in research and development.
