## Challenging "Individual Ownership" Beyond Knowledge Acquisition

Currently, many companies in Japan prioritize DE&I as a crucial management strategy. However, challenges persist where "the meaning of the words is understood, but practical implementation and individual ownership at the operational level are not progressing." At IHI, "making DE&I one's own business" has been a key company-wide initiative for fiscal years 2024 and 2025, and various efforts, including training to deepen employee understanding and integration of this theme, have been undertaken. However, IHI was seeking opportunities to further deepen understanding by treating DE&I as their own issue. Therefore, Crossfields planned and co-developed the "dialogue-based e-learning program" this time, which encourages dialogue among participants through the program with IHI.
