"Bai Wei Noodle" delivers a bowl that makes you feel lighter without realizing it, just by enjoying its deliciousness. It is a Mala Tang specialty restaurant for busy adults. Bai Wei (百味) means "countless flavors" in Chinese. We have put the concept of creating your own unique bowl from countless customizations into our brand name.

We deliver your "own unique bowl," freely combining homemade soup, noodles, toppings, and spiciness, in as little as 5 minutes. Orders can be placed quickly via self-checkout or a mobile order app (scheduled for release at the end of July). You can pick up your order without waiting in line. By applying CRISP's unique DX platform, "CRISP Method," which digitizes ordering, payment, and cooking end-to-end and has been proven in 60 CRISP SALAD WORKS stores, to the Mala Tang business, we achieve zero wait times even during peak lunch hours. In particular, "Custom Mala Tang" offers over 200,000 variations when combining soup, spiciness, noodles, and toppings. We pay special attention to the soup, simmering medicinal soups made from a blend of over 10 types of spices and raw herbs daily in our stores, and finishing them into Bai Wei's original soups based on homemade Mala paste and homemade Tantan and Tom Yum pastes.
