C&R Corporation is pleased to announce the launch of a free online course, 'Practical Workshop to Evolve Your Business Model – Systematically Learn from Visualization to Revenue Model Design and Transformation' (3 sessions), targeting business professionals, new business development staff, and DX promotion officers. The first session, 'Business Model Canvas – Visualization and Structural Understanding,' will be held on Monday, July 27; the second session, 'Designing Profit Creation Patterns – Mapping Monetization Mechanisms,' on Monday, August 3; and the third session, 'Business Model Transformation – Perspectives and Challenges for Execution,' on Monday, August 17, 2026.

In today’s business environment, where digital transformation (DX) is essential, merely improving operational efficiency is no longer enough—transforming the business model itself has become the key to corporate growth. However, in practice, few companies successfully visualize their current business models and go on to design differentiation, sustainability, and revenue structures. This workshop will systematically teach practical perspectives for not only understanding but also reviewing and evolving business models through three key steps: 'Visualization,' 'Profit Design,' and 'Transformation.' We welcome all interested participants.

【Course Outline】 Session 1: Business Model Canvas – Visualization and Structural Understanding We will explain the 'Business Model Canvas,' a leading tool for organizing the overall picture of a business model, from the basics. Beyond simple element breakdown, we will focus on the relationships between components and learn how to analyze how a business model functions, using concrete examples.

Session 2: Designing Profit Creation Patterns – Mapping Monetization Mechanisms Excellent value delivery alone does not guarantee business success—revenue design is crucial. This session will categorize well-known profit creation patterns such as the Gillette model, subscription, and freemium, and explain frameworks for applying them to your own company. We will also explore key points in designing business models that build competitive advantage.

Session 3: Business Model Transformation – Perspectives and Challenges for Execution We will analyze successful cases of business model transformation to explain how to identify directions for change. Additionally, we will examine the reasons why transformation often stalls in many companies—from organizational structure, systems, and mindset perspectives—and provide practical insights for execution.

【Recommended For】 • Those who wish to organize and review their company’s business model • Those aiming to visualize the big picture of their business using tools like the Business Model Canvas • Those facing challenges in designing revenue models (monetization) for new or existing businesses • Those promoting DX who want to go beyond operational improvements to business model transformation • Those seeking to learn how to differentiate their business model and build competitive advantage • Those planning business restructuring or transformation but unsure where to begin
