C&R Inc. will hold a free online seminar on July 24 (Fri) for beginners in AI utilization, titled "Generative AI You Can't Afford Not to Know: Introduction to Generative AI and Prompting to Use ChatGPT and Gemini More Effectively."

In recent years, various generative AIs such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini have emerged. Many people may feel that they should start using generative AI now, as more and more people around them are using it, even if they haven't used it themselves yet. Or, perhaps you have started using it but are concerned about whether you are using it correctly, how to write prompts, or why the results differ even with the same instructions.

In this seminar, Mr. Hisashi Uchida, a full-time faculty member of the "Global Anime Creator Course," a new department at Nihon Kogakuin College that learns AI-powered content production, will be the speaker. He will explain in an easy-to-understand manner for beginners how generative AI creates responses, while demonstrating ChatGPT and Gemini. Based on his experience using generative AI in education, he will provide easy-to-try applications. We encourage anyone interested to participate.

Faculty, Creators College, Nihon Kogakuin College Film Director / Designer Hisashi Uchida At vocational school, he teaches students aspiring to work in the anime, manga, and game industries, providing practical guidance in both planning/production and expression techniques in the fields of video production and design. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of generative AI, he has actively introduced AI tools such as text, image, and video generation into the educational field. He disseminates how to utilize AI in creative work with practical examples, and is also a member of "IKIGAI Lab.," a community promoting the use of generative AI, where he speaks at various seminars and training sessions, including the AI Education Summit 2024, for teachers and educational professionals. In addition to his educational activities, he also works as a freelance filmmaker, handling a wide range of video productions including corporate VPs, music videos, and projection mapping.
