C&R Inc. will hold a free online seminar on July 21 (Tue) titled "Gently Rereading from Eiken Grade 3 Level! Adult English Restart Course Vol. 2" for adults who have been away from English since their school days, business professionals who feel insecure about English, and those who need English for work or childcare.

In recent years, globalization has accelerated in the creative industry, increasing opportunities to work with overseas creators in production sites and on projects. However, many people may have taken the Eiken (English Proficiency Test) in school but now feel they "don't understand English at all" or "can't speak it." C&R Inc. is holding a seminar series on "relearning English" for such individuals. In this series, participants will use materials similar to Eiken questions and experience actively using "English for solving problems."

In the second session, participants will tackle the familiar Eiken problem of "describing an illustration in English." The key is to "try to communicate in English." While working with the instructor, participants will learn to organize information within an illustration and experience tips for expressing it in simple English. We encourage anyone interested to join. * As this is a seminar format, there is no need to show your face. Please practice speaking aloud without worrying about others, as if listening to the radio.

<Goals> - Gently regain a basic sense of English. - Experience a sense of accomplishment with Eiken-level English. - Practice speaking in an environment where mistakes are okay. - Transform "passive English" of "reading and listening" into "English for solving problems." - Lighten the burden of feeling insecure about English.

Vol. 4 (Scheduled for August) Listening (Problem-Solving Practice) Here too, the practice will be "listening to pick out key points to solve problems," not "listening to understand." It's okay if you can't understand everything!
