C&R Corporation is hosting a three-part online seminar series titled "Mastering Three Essential Thinking Methods for Modern Business Professionals." These seminars are designed to help professionals navigate complex business environments and create new value by systematically learning the fundamentals of logical thinking, system thinking, and design thinking. The sessions are scheduled for June 11 (Logical Thinking), June 25 (System Thinking), and July 10 (Design Thinking), 2026.

In today's complex and unpredictable business environment, often referred to as the "VUCA" era, relying on a single way of thinking is insufficient. As digital transformation (DX) accelerates, this series aims to improve problem-solving capabilities by mastering three core frameworks: organizing information (logical thinking), capturing structures (system thinking), and creating new value (design thinking).

In the first session on "Logical Thinking," participants will learn about the concept of "MECE" (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) and how to apply "Logic Trees" for analysis through hands-on practice. The second session on "System Thinking" will cover how to model the underlying structures of events using "Loop Diagrams" to identify improvements. The third session on "Design Thinking" will explore the process of empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to solve user problems.

The seminars will be led by Mr. Tadashi Nihei, a Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant and IT Strategist. Leveraging his experience at Mitsubishi Research Institute and his independent work in marketing support, Mr. Nihei aims to provide a practical approach that integrates mindset and methodology rather than just theoretical knowledge.

This seminar series is ideal for business professionals looking to broaden their decision-making skills, improve their ability to explain issues convincingly within their organizations, or break through stagnation in new business development. Participation is free of charge, but attendance is limited to 60 people per session, so early registration is recommended. C&R Corporation, dedicated to its mission of "improving the lifetime value of professionals," continues to support environments where professionals can maximize their capabilities through these initiatives.
