Targeting job seekers, the program offers a variety of educational training courses with a curriculum that includes employment support. The training period is 3 months, with approximately 80% of the time conducted via interactive online sessions from home, and the remaining approximately 20% held in person at C&R's location in Shimbashi, Minato-ku. The "Career Advisor & Coordinator (Online) Course" is recommended for those who want to turn their desire to help others into a career. The curriculum allows participants to carefully learn the skills required in actual practice, such as career support and methods for proposing to companies, starting from the basics. Participants will acquire skills in career counseling, fundamentals of the human resources business, mental health management, as well as digital tool skills like web marketing and basic Office software, building on their existing skills. The course is ideal for those who want to challenge themselves to re-enter the workforce as professionals capable of drawing out the strengths of clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding and matching corporate hiring needs, and flexibly responding to changing markets, working at public and private employment consultation desks and human resources companies.
